One brand behind every address
Sales, support, billing and hello@ all sit on the domain your customers already know. A reply lands in a role inbox instead of a personal account that nobody owns once the person leaves.
For businesses and teams
Give each person an address customers recognise, keep every mailbox under the company name, and manage domains, mailboxes and access without asking IT for a favour.

01What changes for you
Staff using personal addresses makes your business look inconsistent and replies get lost.
Sales, support, billing and hello@ all sit on the domain your customers already know. A reply lands in a role inbox instead of a personal account that nobody owns once the person leaves.
A shared company address keeps its history, its rules and its contacts when staff move on. Nothing important disappears into an ex-employee’s personal inbox.
Route questions to the team that answers them. Customers wait less, and your team stops guessing which address was the right one.
Add your domain, publish the DNS records from your dashboard, and create the mailboxes you need. No server to install and no migration project to plan.
02How it works
Create an inbox for each staff member plus sales@ and support@. Customers see your brand and know where to reply.
Enter the domain you already own. Your dashboard shows the exact DNS records to publish, along with the verification status of each one.
Give each role or each person an address on that domain. Mailboxes carry their own storage and their own IMAP and SMTP credentials.
Point Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone at the IMAP and SMTP settings in your dashboard. The team keeps the mail app they prefer.
03What you get
Create an inbox for each staff member plus sales@ and support@. Customers see your brand and know where to reply.
Set up your team email ↗Sending keys, DNS records, mailbox credentials and delivery activity all live in one workspace, so you are not hunting across dashboards when something needs attention.
Each plan sets its own mailbox count and shared storage allowance. Review the plan table in your workspace, or the pricing page, for the current numbers, and add mailboxes as the team grows.
Yes. Each mailbox is created on the domain you add, so ada@, sales@ and support@ can share one company domain and one workspace while remaining separate inboxes with separate credentials.
The mailbox belongs to the company, not to the individual, so you keep control of the address and its history. Decide the access policy that suits your business and apply it from the dashboard.
No. We run the mail infrastructure, so there is no server to buy, patch or keep online. You connect your staff to the mailbox settings we provide, and your domain stays with your existing domain registrar.
